Have a read over the first few pages in your tutorial; That will tell you about the size, supplies, fabric and a little about printing and assembling the pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A4\/Letter to be used for home print. These might appear different to the sizes you usually sew or buy for your child or yourself! Never the less, please base your sewing off our charts because the garments have been designed for them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eek, I&#8217;ve lost my pattern \/ it&#8217;s not in my inbox!?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It might be in your spam folder! But not to worry, you&#8217;ll find it in &#8220;My Downloads&#8221; on this website when you&#8217;re logged in!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I bought the pattern a while ago and now the links in my first email don&#8217;t seem to be working any more?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>That means I&#8217;ve updated the pattern since you purchased it! You&#8217;ll find the latest version in &#8220;My Downloads&#8221; on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if a pattern is updated?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This means I&#8217;ve made little tweaks to make it even better &#8211; some times I make adjustments to the instructions, add customer photos for inspiration, updated formats (like our new Projector Files!) or anything else I think will make it better. I will endeavour to help you in any way I can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does &#8220;K\u014dwhai&#8221; mean and how do I pronounce it?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u014dwhai is a M\u0101ori word from New Zealand used to name a tree that flowers with yellow dangling blooms in spring. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.co.nz\/search?q=kowhai+tree&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiImOuf_oPbAhXHJJQKHb9kA_IQ_AUICigB&amp;biw=1920&amp;bih=938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The K\u014dwhai Tree<\/a> has little rows of tiny leaves that children in New Zealand love to strip and throw in the air!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fittingly, it is also the M\u0101ori word for the colour yellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I named my pattern company &#8220;Below the K\u014dwhai&#8221; because my sunlit dining area where I sewed had a beautiful K\u014dwhai tree hanging over it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To pronounce it:<\/strong> The \u014d is a long vowel.<br>K\u014d (like apple <em><strong>co<\/strong><\/em>re)<br>wh (<em><strong>f<\/strong><\/em> sound)<br>ai (<em><strong>eye<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can listen to <a href=\"https:\/\/maoridictionary.co.nz\/search?idiom=&amp;phrase=&amp;proverb=&amp;loan=&amp;histLoanWords=&amp;keywords=K%C5%8Dwhai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">K\u014dwhai being pronounced here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you Test your patterns?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our patterns are thoroughly tested by sewers from all around the world in all of the sizes we provide. Testing is an essential part of the development process and we take it very seriously!
